The bookstore is very useful and has all the materials you need to succeed in class. The service is great and making online orders and pick up is very easy.

I love everything about csn and have no regrets joining this college these bookstores and flat out amazing service and probably the best in the world great thank u to all the kind people who work here I’ll miss u all when I transfer this is the best school :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store sells more than just books. They also sell CSN apparel, school supplies, and snacks to keep you going.

They need more atmosphere in this place. i want to feel like the sexy person that I am. I want feel educated. I want them to treat me like the king I am. Instead they treated me like a regular CSN student. Wow what kind of service is that. Asking me "How may I helpy you?". When they had to adress me as there king!!!

The girl at the counter was super helpful, and an expert on how staff vouchers are applied. It was a breeze and no need to wait for corrections or another staff member. It wad great...In and out! Great job!

As anyone who's ever been to ANY school campus, its PACKED! The lines were down the aisles, I just shook my head and got in line I NEEDED these books! I was in line a total of 15mins. Those workers have a system that's unbeatable. The DMV should take notes!

the employees are very helpful, I was approached & offered assistance- within seconds of entering the bookstore. It was a relief, they make it a simple experience, because the employees go over & beyond to take care of you. I appreciate them, starting a new semester can be stressful.

Walked in today in a hurry and was helped immediately by the “tall girl”. She was very nice and really helpful. She found all my items in a timely manner and also got a manager to refund me for an online purchase. Overall I had an great experience at this location.

I recently had a fantastic experience at CSN Bookstore - Charleston, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the manager, Elizabeth, and cashier, Star. They handled my complex transaction for books and school supplies with remarkable patience and understanding. Their dedication to ensuring I got what I needed at the lowest possible price was truly impressive. Elizabeth, in particular, demonstrated an incredible depth of knowledge and made the entire process smooth and efficient. Having been a CSN student since 2004, I've interacted with various bookstore staff, but Elizabeth's expertise and customer service stand out as the best I've encountered. I genuinely appreciate their efforts and look forward to returning next semester. Thank you both for your outstanding support!

The CSN book store was very easy to find and the people working here are very helpful with finding what types of books you need for your classes. But outside the bookstore its confusing because they have ashtray laying everywhere but no smoking signs.
